1 The Basic Knowledge I & II courses are offered together with the Department of Clinical Psychology and Psychotherapy. The courses may only be credited to one of the two departments. If Basic Knowledge I & II are credited to Clinical Psychology and Psychotherapy, the 10 ECTS must be combined with other elective courses in Health Psychology and Behavioural Medicine.

2 All lectures are repeated in an annual cycle. Lectures with the "HS" designation are always held in the fall semester, and lectures with the "FS" designation always offered in the spring semester.

3 These courses will no longer be offered; students from the old master's program who have not yet taken these required courses must replace them with other GPV lectures or KPP lectures. This ensures that all students receive a comparable basic education. The ECTs of the replaced lectures do not have to be equivalent to the lectures taken, the remaining ECTs can be replaced with any courses of the teaching offer of the GPV or KPP.

4 The course "Methodological seminar: Dataset cleaning and preparation in R" can be attended either as a stand-alone e-learning unit (2 ECTS) or as a methods seminar in blended learning format (5 ECTS). Attendance of this course (in one or the other format) is recommended for conducting the master's thesis (preparatory or accompanying).
